Sep 7 2009 Meets: 10 a.m. Mondays at Horseshoe Lake/McLeod Lake and Mammoth Pass Trailhead. This is a two-hour hike.
Distance: ~ 1 Mile Round Trip, 150’ Elevation Gain
Difficulty: Easy
Enjoy a short hike to serene McLeod Lake while learning about the history of geology and volcanism in the Eastern Sierra. Hike leader: Drew Foster, FOI's Lake Basin Steward.
