Leavitt Meadows Fall Color Hike

Oct 3 2009 Fall colors and great views abound on this moderate amble along the West Walker River headwaters in the new Hoover Wilderness Additions. Distance: 5-7 miles. Elevation Gain: 300-500 feet. Bring water, lunch and sunscreen.
Meet at 9 a.m. at the Highway 395/108 junction, north of Bridgeport or 9:30 a.m. at the Leavitt Meadows trailhead on Hwy 108.
