Friends of the Inyo is a membership-based organization. We also rely on grants and strong relationships with many partners including both federal and local governments as well as schools, universities and other organizations.
Fourteen wonderful volunteers helped kick off the 2015 Mono Basin Bird Chautauqua in style by cleaning up 45 lbs of trash, removing over 500' of rusty barbed wire (230 lbs worth) and removing thousands of invasive mullein from along a mile and half of roadway.
